We offer customized one-on-one training sessions or small group sessions. Our sessions will also involve sports specific strength training with an emphasis on proper form to reduce injuries coupled with skill development drills. Our unique training methods coupled with your dedication and commitment will improve your skills both on and off the court dramatically. We will also focus specifically on agility, balance, explosiveness, reaction time, speed and strength. It is our goal to develop well-rounded athletes.
